Manager – MIS & Projects

• Support and deliver regulatory reporting and assigned finance transformation initiatives in line with business requirements
• Work closely with Regulatory, Financial Reporting, Technology, Data, Operations, TMO, and Business stakeholders
• Contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing regular progress updates to management
• Identify and promote opportunities to use automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness
• Coordinate project delivery and UAT activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and management reporting data through reconciliation and validation controls across finance systems
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions for regulatory reporting and business insights and decision-making
• Assist Finance teams during month-end reporting processes, monitor issues, and collaborate with stakeholders on timely resolution and process improvements
