Influencer Manager, Creator Outreach – Gaming, iGaming

• Proactively discover emerging and mid-tier streamers, YouTubers, and content creators across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and X
• Focus creator scouting on Counter-Strike (CS2), Fortnite, and iGaming/gambling audiences
• Run disciplined daily outbound outreach workflows
• Pitch talent directly or through talent agents, overcome objections, and negotiate fixed-fee, revenue-share, or hybrid deals
• Manage and activate creator campaigns across the gamified e-commerce platform and iGaming ecosystem
• Maintain daily CRM and internal tracking records for outreach, deal stages, contract terms, and campaign deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded creators
• Ensure creators fulfill stream/video requirements on time and remain motivated to renew
• Monitor streaming drama, gaming memes, CS2 skin dynamics, and market trends to recruit high-ROI creators

• Proven track record in a high-volume, performance-driven role—such as outbound influencer marketing, recruiting, B2B sales, or business development
• Extreme personal work ethic, punctuality, and self-management
• Deep, authentic familiarity with Counter-Strike (CS2), Fortnite, or similar competitive titles, streaming platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube), and surrounding meme culture
• Outstanding communication and pitching ability with streamers and corporate talent managers
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of 50+ active deals across different stages
• Ability to operate reliably during EST business hours
• Preferred: Direct experience in CS2 skin economy, iGaming, casino, or loot-box creator marketing
• Preferred: Existing network or direct contacts with gaming streamers, esports organizations, or digital talent agencies
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with influencer CRMs and scouting databases such as Modash, GRIN, Meltwater, or HubSpot
