Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

• Advising employees of client companies on Financial Wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning, and financial matters
• Providing support via phone, email, and digital channels
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Independently handling customer inquiries from consultation through implementation
• Explaining complex topics clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner
• Actively contributing to the ongoing development of services and processes

• Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service
• Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
• Enjoyment of working with people and providing advice
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German language skills
• Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels
