Finance and Insurance Consultant

• Follow up sales and finance enquiries promptly, converting interest into applications
• Build trust over the phone, understand customer needs and explain suitable finance options
• Guide customers through applications and lender requirements towards pre-approval
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate customer records
• Work with dealership teams and lenders to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Provide remote finance support and leave coverage across the dealership network
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards of service, responsible lending and compliance

• Experience in finance, lending or sales
• Exceptional phone skills
• Experience building rapport, handling objections and converting enquiries into applications
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
• Ability to work independently from home while staying connected to dealerships, finance team and lenders
• Commitment to compliance and responsible lending
