• Finnish language expertise, including grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
• Expertise in verb conjugation, case inflection, vowel harmony, sentence structure, formal and informal language, regional variations, and the Finnish writing system
• Master’s or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects signal fit
• Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work”
