Senior Director, Security Architecture

• Develop and execute the organization's security architecture vision for product and enterprise security
• Lead and mentor security architects and engineers based in Israel and the US
• Lead the security champions program
• Oversee the secure development lifecycle, including threat modeling and vulnerability scanning
• Identify and mitigate security risks through assessments and controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive security practices and the security agenda
• Create and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
• Address cloud platform security, application security, data security, and AI security domains

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in information security
• At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing security architecture governance
• Strong knowledge of security architecture frameworks and models
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex security programs
• Proven track record leading security architecture initiatives in a global organization
• Experience leveraging cloud security architectures and technologies
• Prefer experience in a SaaS company
• Prefer experience in a multi-cloud environment
