Full-Stack Developer

• Build software for property managers using Claude and Cursor
• Develop and improve full-stack product features
• Own new features and refine them for ease of use
• Handle backend integrations for email, phone calls, and WhatsApp
• Import customer emails, documents, buildings, apartments, contracts, and contacts
• Synchronize data with systems customers continue to use alongside the platform
• Improve the agent platform with 200+ tools and a built-in knowledge base
• Support customer-built and prebuilt text and voice agents

• Fluent in English
• More than one year of experience shipping production code
• Builder-first mindset and willingness to ship initial iterations quickly
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of tasks
• Willingness to write almost all code with AI
• Able to perform under performance pressure
• Quick learner and generalist rather than a specialist
• Solid backend and systems design experience (nice to have)
• Experience designing databases from the ground up, including tables, relationships, and indexes (nice to have)
• Experience optimizing query performance and cost (nice to have)
• Experience building production agents (nice to have)
• Comfortable working with queues and long-running workflows (nice to have)
