Tech Lead

• Serve as the squad’s primary technical reference for R&D, supporting the team in solution design, technical decision-making, and the resolution of complex problems
• Technically lead the development of applications, APIs, integrations, automations, and custom solutions
• Participate in the conception, architecture, development, and evolution of solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
• Define and promote software engineering best practices, architectural patterns, code quality standards, automated testing, and technical documentation
• Conduct code reviews, guide implementation decisions, and support the resolution of technical blockers
• Lead technical refinements, architecture discussions, requirements analyses, and feasibility assessments
• Support the definition and evolution of cloud architectures, particularly AWS-based architectures
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployment automation, and DevOps practices
• Support the analysis and resolution of critical incidents, root-cause identification, and corrective and preventive actions
• Promote the team’s technical and professional development through mentoring, feedback, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Research, evaluate, and propose new technologies, frameworks, and approaches to drive innovation across the On Demand service portfolio
• Work with the Sales team to analyze opportunities, understand customer needs, and define viable solutions
• Support technical and commercial proposals, including scope, estimates, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in technical and commercial meetings with customers, presenting architectures, technology alternatives, and recommendations
• Monitor quality, delivery, productivity, cost, revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the squad

• Solid experience in software development
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies
• Experience developing backend applications, REST APIs, and system integrations
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and development best practices
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Knowledge of cloud computing services, preferably AWS
• Familiarity with Git and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices
• Experience analyzing technical requirements, defining solutions, and resolving complex problems
• Experience in technical leadership or managing software development teams
• Experience leading management rituals, including one-on-one meetings (1:1s), feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Intermediate English proficiency
• A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, generative AI, LLMs, and AI APIs is an advantage
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies is an advantage
• Experience with intelligent automation, AI agents, and RAG is an advantage
• Experience with R&D projects, proofs of concept, prototyping, and the evaluation of new technologies is an advantage
