Heartbeat AI Partnerships Manager

• Identify and pitch the Heartbeat AI vision to selected hardware manufacturers
• Bring prospective partners onboard and manage conversations from first contact through signed partnership
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations for contractual elements
• Coordinate technical integrations through delivery with development teams and external partners
• Sequence work, track milestones, and unblock issues on both sides
• Own post-go-live partner relationships as the primary point of contact
• Manage escalations and maintain healthy, growing partnerships
• Maintain an overview of partnership contractual status, technical maturity, and roadmap
• Report partner portfolio health to leadership
• Identify partnership gaps and pursue opportunities to build a strong market portfolio

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or B2B sales, ideally at the intersection of hardware and software products
• Confidence and skill in pitching a technical/strategic vision to senior stakeholders at manufacturers
• Experience negotiating commercial and legal agreements
• Experience coordinating complex projects across internal engineering teams and external partners
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with hardware manufacturer partners while balancing multiple partnerships in parallel
• Agile, structured mindset with strong contract- and project-management instincts
• Team player
• Very strong written and spoken English and German skills
• Existing network of contacts in the solar, battery storage, EV charging, or HVAC hardware markets (bonus)
• Experience with technical integration protocols such as Modbus, EEBUS, or OCPP (bonus)
• Experience negotiating API or data-sharing agreements (bonus)
