Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

• Track campaign deadlines and coordinate requests between ownership and creative teams
• Attend daily check-ins and weekly property meetings
• Follow up on outstanding projects
• Update WordPress/Wix sites and manage online menus and business hours
• Upload media and review SEO checklists
• Schedule social media content, upload posts/reels, and organize content libraries
• Coordinate photo/video shoots and pull monthly analytics
• Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns
• Maintain customer databases and create performance reports
• Create and manage Meta Ads, monitor Google Ads, track budgets, and prepare monthly ad reports
• Research and contact local media/influencers, coordinate visits, maintain databases, and track media placements
• Monitor online reviews, draft responses for approval, track review scores, and manage staff contests
• Make simple graphic updates in Canva
• Compile monthly marketing reports, create tracking links, and use ChatGPT/Claude to generate executive summaries

• High reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Existing hands-on experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva, and other required marketing and hospitality tools
• Background in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is a massive plus
• Highly organized and able to take ownership of marketing project management
• Capable of maintaining professionalism to help reduce the client's mental load
