Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence – Positioning

About the role

• Build, scale, and maintain a high-adoption competitive single source of truth with battlecards, competitor teardowns, and playbooks
• Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and value messaging across target verticals and buyer personas
• Translate competitive intelligence into tactical sales plays, including discovery questions, objection handling, and displacement plays
• Join high-stakes competitive evaluations and churn-risk calls
• Design and operate the win/loss program using Salesforce, Clari, Clozd, or Klue, with quarterly readouts and recommendations
• Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging changes, and discounting behavior
• Build ROI models, TCO comparisons, and value-realization frameworks for enterprise deals
• Establish recurring competitive-intelligence updates for GTM and product leadership
• Analyze market movements, pricing and packaging shifts, product launches, M&A activity, and analyst coverage
• Partner with Analyst Relations on Gartner, Forrester, IDC, RFPs, RFIs, evaluation criteria, and review-site strategy
• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows for competitor tracking, win/loss sentiment mining, teardown analysis, and competitive RFP response
• Report on win rate, competitive displacement, deal velocity, influenced ACV, and field adoption of competitive assets
• Report to Product Marketing Management and partner with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Executive Leadership

• 7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated success building competitive programs and enablement assets that measurably moved win rates and deal velocity
• Proven ownership of strategic functional initiatives end to end without a team underneath you
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with enterprise value selling methodologies such as Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar
• Experience in work management, collaboration, knowledge management, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories
• Hands-on experience with CI and revenue tooling, including Klue, Clozd, Clari, Salesforce, Gemi, or Claude
• Direct experience contributing to major industry research such as Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent
• Comfort with pricing intelligence, packaging analysis, and contract negotiation dynamics
• Financial literacy, including extracting insights from a company's annual filings
