Full Stack Engineer

• Join a cross-functional squad alongside a Product Manager, Designer, Front-End, Back-End, and QA Engineers
• Build the Employer of Record platform
• Collaborate asynchronously across Asia and Europe and across time zones
• Participate in the full implementation cycle across front-end and back-end, from design to rollout
• Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript on the front-end and Java or Python on the back-end
• Build well-structured and scalable REST and GraphQL APIs
• Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot, while reviewing and validating generated code
• Write unit and integration tests
• Collaborate with Engineers and Product Manager to plan and implement new features
• Participate in Engineering Chapters and contribute to architecture discussions
• Take increasing ownership of work and contribute to technical discussions

• Minimum of 3 years in web application development working with both front-end and back-end technologies
• Working experience with React and TypeScript for building modern web applications
• Working experience with Java and Spring Boot or Python and one of its frameworks for back-end services
• Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
• Good knowledge of CSS and UI development practices
• Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment — clear written communication and reliable async collaboration
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and willingness to build a disciplined workflow around them
• Familiarity with TDD
• Experience working on a SaaS platform or custom-built product
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, FinTech, or HRTech
• Understanding of security principles and performance optimization
