Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers
• Answer customer questions
• Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience
• Support customers of a leading European online fashion and beauty retailer
• Work with an international customer support team based in Chania, Crete

• Native-level Danish
• EU citizenship or a valid work and residence permit
• Minimum 12 years of education
• Customer service, retail or e-commerce experience is a plus
• Availability to work on bank holidays

• Remote position, connected to a vibrant team in Chania, Greece
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (1–2 per month)
• Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 — no night shifts
