Field Service Technician – Augsburg

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and with system operators
• Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person
• Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area
• Taking part in the on-call rota to provide customers with prompt assistance
• Contributing to the promotion of sustainable energy solutions and customer satisfaction in the Augsburg region

• Completed relevant vocational training as a systems mechanic for plumbing, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer
• Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Good spoken and written German
• Strong customer focus and willingness to travel
• Technical aptitude and experience with heating solutions
