Legal Working Student

• Manage contracts and documents
• Develop proposed solutions for legal issues in civil law, IT, intellectual property, data protection, and commercial law
• Support the review of legal agreements
• Manage company insurance needs and questions
• Assist in developing recommendations for action based on legislation and case law
• Work with the in-house legal team on real legal matters
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and support customer projects, partnerships, and product releases

• At least 4 completed semesters of law school
• Independent, structured, and careful approach to work
• Reliability and a high level of commitment
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Motivation to work with other tech tools
• Business-level German and English, spoken and written
• Prior experience working for a company or law firm is advantageous
• Experience with Legal Tech and/or building Legal AI workflows is advantageous
