Senior Sales Service Specialist

• Develop the Analytical service business in Central Italy, typically Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Sardinia, part of Lazio, Abruzzo, Marche, and Umbria
• Support the Service Sales Manager team
• Sell warranty extensions, service contracts, and renewals
• Develop the core service portfolio, including training and software upgrades
• Contribute to acquisition, satisfaction, and retention of service customers
• Ensure efficient and effective utilization of service processes
• Build and maintain customer and channel relationships
• Provide pre- and post-sales consultation
• Increase PerkinElmer's market share, revenue, and profitability in line with strategic business objectives
• Develop market share for core services, secure existing customers, and re-acquire former customers
• Maintain business reports and prospect lists in existing systems
• Prepare quotations
• Participate actively in lead generation
• Interface with service leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Service, Sales, Contract, Customer Service, and Product Lines Support Center teams

• Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or higher
• Proven sales skills
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office, SAP, SFDC/CPQ; Service Max a plus)
• Native-level Italian and strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory
