Senior Channel Manager

• Set up and manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts from the ground up, including listings, brand assets, and store structure
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, and A+ content
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and category insights
• Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and advertising KPIs
• Provide clear reports and actionable recommendations
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters to maintain brand consistency
• Manage inventory health, pricing strategies, and promotions
• Stay current with Amazon policies, algorithm updates, and best practices
• Collaborate with creatives, marketers, and strategists to improve conversion and long-term growth

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores (agency or in-house)
• Proven experience launching and scaling an Amazon store from scratch
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
• Solid understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization
• Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with performance-driven decision-making
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Ability to manage multiple products or accounts while meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.) is nice to have
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon analytics platforms is nice to have
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations, logistics, and fulfillment (FBA/FBM) is nice to have
• Experience working with crowdfunding or product-launch brands is nice to have
