Operations & Accounting Support Specialist

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and accountants
• Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms
• Understand the issues users encounter in their day-to-day work
• Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution
• Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary
• Help accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration
• Receive and qualify accounting-related requests
• Track tickets through to full resolution
• Handle increasingly complex customer requests
• Create and update help resources
• Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues
• Relay well-developed customer feedback to product teams
• Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

• Accounting background: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons
• Experience working directly with a business owner is a plus
• Interest in innovative workplace tools and new technologies
• Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong written communication and teaching skills
• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while maintaining strong relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the platform
• Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments
• Right to work in France required; the company does not sponsor visas
