Business Analyst / Product Owner, fluent in German

• Involve in business analysis and collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the development team
• Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
• Lead workshops and decision-making processes
• Perform software testing and user training
• Handle 3rd-level support requests
• Maintain documentation
• Participate in project management and reporting activities

• University Degree preferably in Computer science, scientific area, or economics
• Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support and/or software development
• Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset
• Fluency in German (C1+)
