Working Student – People & Culture

• Support the entire recruiting process, from job postings, active search, and application screening through interview scheduling.
• After onboarding, independently manage the recruitment of working student positions.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and executives across the company.
• Work with the Personio recruiting software.
• Prepare the onboarding of new employees.
• Support Business Partners and People Operations with administrative tasks.
• Help manage professional development offerings in Learning & Development.
• Actively contribute to People & Culture projects.

• Enjoy taking responsibility for your own tasks and working in a solution-oriented manner.
• Think ahead and proactively offer support wherever the team needs it.
• Be open and confident when interacting with people, including executives and management.
• Work in a structured and thorough manner, even when multiple priorities arise simultaneously.
• Have a strong hands-on mentality.
• Fluency in German and English; English is the company language.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, ideally in business, humanities, education, or social sciences, with availability for at least two semesters.
• HR expertise and knowledge of Personio are not required; you will learn them during onboarding.
