Contract Management & Data Maintenance Expert

• Upload existing contracts to the system
• Create and maintain the associated prompts for extracting and structuring contract content
• Enter contract data such as terms, notice periods, and contracting parties into the system in a structured format
• Review results for completeness and accuracy to create a clean, traceable, and high-quality data foundation
• Coordinate internally on required data fields and structured analyses

• Enrolled student, ideally studying business, law, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Careful, detail-oriented, and independent working style, including in a remote setup
• Good understanding of digital systems and enthusiasm for quickly learning new tools
• Initial experience with AI tools or prompt writing is a plus
• Discretion and a responsible approach to handling confidential contract documents
• Very good German language skills to accurately understand and capture contract content
• Available at short notice for a period of 2 to 3 months
