Site Laboratory Specialist

• Review study documents related to laboratory support
• Support site selection and site initiation activities with laboratory-related matters
• Support sites with laboratory kit orders, patient eligibility checks, laboratory query resolution, and laboratory qualification questionnaire completion
• Develop and implement project site-specific laboratory control documents and guidelines
• Monitor laboratory metrics and KPIs at site level
• Support communication between laboratories, sites, and the PSI project team
• Support development of patient enrolment strategies
• Develop and deliver training to the study team and/or clinical sites on laboratory-related procedures and best practices

• University or college degree in Life Sciences required
• Full working proficiency in English
• Spanish is a plus
• At least 4 years' experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
• Prior clinical research industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently as needed
