Staff Software Engineer

• Write code every day to deliver business value
• Define and drive technical strategy across multiple teams and organization-wide initiatives
• Lead team architecture and ensure solutions scale globally for enterprise adoption
• Balance short-term velocity with long-term resilience, including trade-offs involving complexity, cost, and scalability
• Write foundational code, lead design reviews, and refactor key systems
• Advise leadership and align engineering capacity with market and customer demands
• Establish cultural standards for fearless iteration, bias for action, and pragmatic perfectionism
• Build resilient, enterprise-grade systems for global scale
• Participate in the recruiting process through technical peer interviews, 360° technical interview loops, and Bar Raiser interviews

• Typically 10–12+ years of experience
• Track record of org-level or industry-level impact
• Deep experience in enterprise-scale systems
• Experience with multi-team architecture leadership
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed technical levels
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with a strong sense of urgency
• TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, FastAPI, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Azure, Kafka, and NATS experience
