Senior Product Analyst

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle
• Design and run end-to-end A/B tests, including hypotheses, sample sizes, monitoring, analysis, and recommendations
• Build the experimentation framework from scratch across the app, website, and partner portal
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify optimization opportunities in activation, monetization, and retention
• Define and track key product metrics
• Translate data insights into actionable product recommendations
• Teach the product team experimentation, result interpretation, and data-informed decision-making

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role at a tech company
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests at scale, including sample sizing and statistical significance
• Experience setting up experimentation frameworks and analytics best practices
• Proficient in SQL and able to write complex queries independently
• Experience creating dashboards with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools
• Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable product recommendations
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
• Python or R for statistical analysis is a nice-to-have
• Experience with MongoDB, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Google Analytics is a nice-to-have
• Experience in travel, marketplace, or subscription business models is a nice-to-have
• Experience across mobile and web applications is a nice-to-have
• Based in Europe or working in a Europe-friendly time zone (CET ±2 hours)
