Virtual Receptionist

About the role

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls using a personal Windows computer
• Provide an enthusiastic and upbeat caller experience
• Capture caller names, phone numbers, addresses, reference numbers, and detailed reasons for calls
• Respond to frequently asked questions using client-provided information and instructions
• Transfer and route calls to client extensions or field teams
• Rapidly dispatch requests to clients
• Represent more than 300 small businesses throughout the United States
• Work short, fast-paced shifts within assigned 12-hour availability windows

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in both English and Spanish
• Reliable, wired high-speed internet connection: 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, and >30ms ping
• Dedicated, private, quiet workspace free from noise and distractions
• Personal Windows computer with quad-core processor, 6 GB RAM, and Windows 11 or higher
• Two 19+ inch monitors, or a laptop screen of at least 12 inches
• HD webcam
• Wired keyboard with function keys and 10-key pad
• Wired mouse
• Wired USB headset
• Ability to work either 6am–7pm CST or 9am–9pm CST, Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work approximately 36 hours per week, with some weeks ranging from 25 to 40 hours
• Ability to work focused short shifts without multitasking
• Ability to switch quickly between different client contexts and handle stressful situations
• Reliable self-starter who enjoys learning and responds constructively to feedback

• Part-time hours with full-time perks
• $14,000 MXN performance-based bonus / up to $2 USD per hour when earned
• $10 USD reimbursement per pay period for conversion fees
