Data Analyst Expert

• Design, build, and guarantee the reliability of analytics assets that drive strategic decisions and optimize business processes
• Design and/or optimize semantic models and set Power BI data modeling and DAX standards according to market best practices
• Define and evolve standardized processes established by the client's Digital & AI Factory
• Own the transformation layer end to end, ensuring strong data modeling, data normalization, and optimal performance
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery
• Evaluate emerging technologies to keep the practice at the market state of the art
• Act as technical expert for the Data Analytics community
• Review semantic models and propose solutions
• Mentor senior and mid-level analysts
• Guarantee data accuracy through systematic validation, reconciliation against source systems, and repeatable automated testing

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Record of owning business-critical analytics products end to end
• Expert-level command of Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX optimization, and performance tuning
• Expert knowledge of data manipulation and query languages, particularly SQL and Power Query / M
• Ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks at the source
• Strong knowledge of DBT, Databricks, or other data transformation and pipeline tools
• Knowledge of engineering practices applied to Power BI, including Git, PBIP, and CI/CD
• Proven track record of implementing data quality and automated testing frameworks
• Daily, critical use of AI-assisted tooling for analytics development, with judgment to validate and correct generated output
• Advanced English level for daily meetings and presentations
