Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Renovations
About the role
• Provide consulting services for a financial services client account
• Manage multiple regional retail bank renovation projects from initiation through completion
• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• Coordinate renovations in occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption
• Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification
• Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations
• Facilitate project charters, integrated timelines, status meetings, and issue resolution or escalation
• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
• Develop improved methods, processes, standards, and operational plans
• Coach others and provide expertise across project management disciplines
• Influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas across multidisciplinary teams
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree
• Financial services client experience required
• Retail construction program experience highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
• Expert organizational skills and advanced inquisitive mentality
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions
• Ability to travel regionally up to 25%–30% in either the Eastern or Central time zones
