Information Security Coordinator, IS

• Define and execute the Information Security strategy and roadmap
• Develop, maintain, and ensure the implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures
• Lead risk management, including identification, analysis, treatment, and monitoring
• Handle customer security questionnaires, audits, and compliance-related requests
• Assess the security of vendors and third parties
• Coordinate the response to security incidents
• Support Engineering teams with secure development practices, vulnerability management, and access controls
• Promote awareness initiatives and an Information Security culture
• Monitor maturity and risk indicators, reporting results to senior leadership
• Manage relationships with specialized consulting firms and service providers

• Solid experience in Information Security, preferably in technology or SaaS companies
• Knowledge of Information Security risk management
• Experience governing security policies, standards, and procedures
• Experience with audits and customer security questionnaires
• Experience assessing the security of vendors and third parties
• Knowledge of security incident management
• Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and data privacy
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, access control, and secure development
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and autonomy
• Clear communication with technical, executive, and customer audiences
• Ability to influence and engage different teams
• Business acumen to balance security, risk, and operations
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Consultative approach when working with customers and auditors
• Leadership and people development skills
• Experience with Information Security certification processes is a plus
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Previous experience coordinating or leading teams is a plus
• Knowledge of communication and messaging platforms, such as the WhatsApp Business API, email, and SMS, is a plus
• Intermediate or advanced English is a plus
