Key Account Manager

About the role

• Drive sales, strengthen Amcor’s market presence, and build lasting partnerships with key players in the agricultural sector
• Manage, retain, and grow an existing customer portfolio through established distribution networks and sales channels
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in northwestern France
• Achieve growth targets by increasing sales, profitability, and market share
• Define and implement market-specific sales action plans
• Deploy a “push-pull” sales approach with distributors and end users
• Promote the HERO range and technical products through customer visits, demonstrations, field trials, and marketing activities
• Train and support distributors’ sales teams
• Provide technical and commercial support to partners and customers
• Build relationships with agricultural cooperatives, distributors, merchants, farmers, and other key stakeholders
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contribute to regional revenue growth
• Represent Amcor at trade shows, customer events, demonstrations, and industry meetings
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer expectations
• Provide regular reporting and maintain reliable sales forecasts
• Update commercial information in the CRM and prepare business plans
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Sales teams to support product launches and achieve growth objectives

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the agricultural sector
• Strong knowledge of French agricultural sectors, their stakeholders, and their challenges
• Experience working with cooperatives, agricultural merchants, distributors, or farmers
• Knowledge of technical products or agronomic solutions would be an advantage
• Excellent business development and negotiation skills
• Results-driven, with a strong customer focus
• Ability to build lasting relationships and influence a range of stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a territory effectively
• Fluency in French is required
• Professional English proficiency to work in an international environment
