Senior Legal Counsel – Digital Topics

• Provide worldwide legal advice to AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries on commercial law, contract law, and digitalization
• Advise on Digital Law, including IT law, cloud services, AI regulation, and digital platforms
• Advise on legal issues relating to autonomous driving
• Draft and review contracts with suppliers and customers, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, IT projects, and open-source matters
• Provide legal support for digitalization projects
• Advise on all legal matters across the Group
• Collaborate with IT, IP, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and Procurement teams
• Support international projects and, where applicable, M&A activities in the digital sector

• Qualified lawyer (fully qualified German lawyer or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in the legal department of a multinational corporation or at an international commercial law firm
• Strong knowledge of IT law and Digital Law
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to present complex matters in a practical and easily understandable manner
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
