AI Operator

• Design and build AI processes, including customer research and content workflows
• Operate automations reliably, with error handling, logging, and quality checks
• Build websites and landing pages for B2B clients using Claude Code, Next.js, and Payload CMS
• Deploy projects on Vercel
• Automate n8n workflows, CRM integrations, lead scoring, and API connections
• Automate lead processes from intake and qualification through CRM entry and email triggers
• Implement systems in client projects across technology, professional services, and industrial sectors

• You use AI tools such as Claude Code or ChatGPT every day
• You understand what MCP servers and skills are and know the difference between a CLI and an API
• Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar concepts within one week
• Systems thinking
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n or Make
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows
• Programming skills are a plus, but not required
• Fluency in German and English
• Degree, vocational training, bootcamp, or self-taught background accepted
