Software Engineer – Backend

• Design, create, and maintain robust, efficient, and reliable backend services
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to architect and implement new services from inception to delivery
• Develop new features and capabilities delivering value to customers
• Work with engineering and product teams to synchronize efforts and deliver solutions
• Craft and maintain user-facing technical documentation
• Help shape the company's engineering culture and maintain high engineering standards
• Develop large-scale features, refine internal tooling and processes, and contribute to product and technical roadmaps

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer specializing in web backend development
• Proficiency in Golang is a significant advantage
• Additional experience in data engineering is highly desirable
• Track record of successfully delivering high-quality production services and systems
• Customer-centric approach with strong emphasis on empathy towards users
• Relevant industry experience, particularly in banking or fintech
• Domain knowledge in fraud prevention or compliance
• Proficient in English, from casual chats to formal reports
• Must reside in one of the following cities: Bangalore/Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram, Chennai, Mumbai, or Pune
• At least three years of professional experience working with Golang
• Payments experience
• Experience working for B2B SaaS
