Financial Operations Coordinator – Ocean Freight

• Own all Finance Operations activities for businesses related to ocean services
• Ensure all jobs are correctly costed and net revenue at job level is positive
• Ensure customer invoices are raised accurately and on time and match agreed customer rates and contracts
• Resolve vendor invoice queries with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Assist with accurate monthly reporting of financial figures for the ocean product
• Work with pricing and procurement to ensure timely and accurate rate cards and costing
• Ensure timely resolution of customer invoice queries
• Take on evolving responsibilities and opportunities to progress as the business grows

• 2 years of experience in the logistics industry, preferably in an ocean environment
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently deliver on time every time
• Positive attitude and proactive collaboration
• Good stakeholder management and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
