Portfolio Analyst – Analytics Project Lead

• Support portfolio strategy initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop and enhance analytical tools, reports, dashboards, and processes
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
• Prepare presentations and client-ready materials for senior stakeholders
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses
• Support forecasting, data quality, reporting, and portfolio planning activities
• Manage multiple priorities and respond to ad hoc business requests
• Provide transaction management support, including close-out reporting, engagement documentation, commission reporting, and related administrative activities
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, transaction managers, and other stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process optimization

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of professional experience in portfolio analytics, financial analysis, consulting, real estate, corporate finance, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
• Experience developing reports, analyses, and presentations for business stakeholders
• Understanding of financial principles and analytical modeling techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and strong ownership of deliverables
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms as part of daily professional work
• Proven ability to leverage AI for research, analysis, reporting, presentation creation, automation, and problem-solving
• Ability to effectively prompt, validate, challenge, and refine AI-generated outputs while applying sound business judgment
• Enthusiasm for adopting emerging technologies and continuously improving productivity and team effectiveness through AI
