Senior QA Engineer

• Develop and execute comprehensive automation test plans and test scripts based on project requirements
• Conduct functional, regression, and database testing to ensure software quality
• Build and maintain reusable test frameworks, regression suites, and smoke suites
• Test large-scale backend and platform systems, including microservices and API layers
• Automate APIs and test web services
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines
• Test enterprise SaaS applications and cloud-based systems
• Test GenAI applications, agentic workflows, LLM-based systems, and AI-driven automation
• Own and expand a complex portfolio of customer accounts
• Guide customers through best practices and hands-on configuration to drive outcomes and adoption
• Set technical standards for the Managed Services practice and support consultants with edge cases
• Configure and troubleshoot Outreach capabilities, including AI
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives
• Manage a book of business against Managed Services KPIs, targeting 70% average QoQ utilization and supporting renewals while minimizing churn and contraction
• Report to the Practice Manager, Managed Services

• 3-5 years of experience in software development and/or test automation
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience writing reusable, maintainable test frameworks
• Strong hands-on coding experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; preferably JavaScript
• Proficiency with Cypress, WebDriverIO, or Protractor
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as CircleCI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or SQL
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with API automation using Postman, Rest Assured, SuperTest, or Axios
• Experience with GraphQL or REST web services
• Experience testing large-scale backend or platform systems, including microservices and API layers
• Deep understanding of test design principles, CI/CD integration, and scalable test automation
• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent test frameworks
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices
• Experience testing GenAI applications, LLM-based systems, or agentic AI platforms is a plus
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
• Domain knowledge in sales, sales engagement, or CRM platforms is preferred
