Community Manager, Korea (French/Korean) – Freelance

About the role

• Manage and engage the Korean creator community
• Respond to messages and comments
• Support and guide creators before, during, and after their assignments at the pharmacy
• Serve as the creators’ point of contact and represent the club’s voice in Korean
• Create social content tailored to Korean cultural and platform conventions for Instagram, TikTok, and relevant local platforms
• Source, identify, and qualify K-beauty creators
• Initiate outreach and build a network of creators
• Bridge Paris and Seoul by explaining what does and does not work in the Korean market
• Write, in Korean and in three different tones, a message announcing a creator’s selection for an assignment at Pharmacie Eiffel Commerce

• At least 2 years of experience in community management, social media, or influencer marketing in Korea or the Korean market
• Native Korean speaker or perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken
• Fluent French
• Strong, practical knowledge of the Korean creator ecosystem, including platforms, formats, conventions, and seasonality
• Valid self-employed/freelance status
• Highly autonomous, including when working across time zones
• Knowledge of the beauty industry is a strong plus
• Experience working with K-beauty creators—including sourcing, briefing, and follow-up—is an advantage
• Ability to provide reach, engagement, and response-rate metrics
• Knowledge of French pharmacy, its brands, and their appeal to Korean consumers
• Availability for a recurring assignment of 1 to 5 days per month
• Submission of a CV or LinkedIn profile, two pieces of written Korean content with their performance metrics, daily rate, and monthly availability
• Completion of a written exercise in Korean in three versions

• Recurring freelance assignment: 4 to 5 days per month at launch, then 1 to 2 days per month once established
• 100% remote, whether based in Paris, Seoul, or elsewhere
• The club has already launched, and creators are already part of the community
• Ownership of the Korean editorial strategy
