Senior Platform Engineer

• Design, build, and evolve the agentic AI platform
• Evaluate managed cloud services, open-source technologies, and build, buy, or hybrid approaches based on technical and operational trade-offs
• Design, build, and operate secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Work across compute, networking, storage, identity, security, and governance
• Develop and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Follow practices for modularity, testing, version control, and automated delivery
• Develop automation, integrations, and internal platform tooling using Python
• Improve reliability, repeatability, and developer self-service
• Contribute to deployment and operation of workloads on Kubernetes
• Contribute to automation, integration, and operation of Data and AI workloads on Azure Databricks
• Independently own platform capabilities from requirements through delivery and operational improvement
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and align with senior engineers on broad or high-impact architectural decisions
• Evaluate emerging technologies, make pragmatic technical choices, identify opportunities and risks early, and improve engineering practices
• Enable teams to build, deploy, govern, and operate AI agents safely and reliably

• Practical knowledge and experience with agentic-system architecture and platform capabilities including model and tool integration, MCP, context management, identity, security, observability, evaluation, and governance
• Strong hands-on expertise designing, building, and operating infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Solid infrastructure fundamentals across compute, networking, storage, identity, security, governance, and containers
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
• Ability to develop maintainable, reusable, and well-tested infrastructure modules
• Strong Python scripting or development experience for infrastructure automation, platform integrations, and internal tooling
• Experience with Kubernetes and Azure Databricks, or comparable Data and AI platforms, is beneficial
• Ability to become productive quickly with minimal guidance and training
