Real Estate City Manager

• Serve as the local representative of the ALB network in Narbonne and the surrounding area
• Grow the business in the area by acquiring new properties under management
• Manage apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique properties
• Oversee property operations, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Build and coordinate a local network of service providers
• Delegate property management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
• Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn a commission on their activity

• Independent contractor / freelance status
