Voice Director – Spanish

• Monitor remote recording sessions through the proprietary platform
• Provide real-time coaching on pronunciation, tone, pacing, prosody, enunciation, and natural speech delivery
• Verify compliance with project guidelines and recording standards
• Ensure recordings accurately follow provided scripts
• Verify that recordings reflect authentic contemporary Spanish (Colombia)
• Identify and report technical or environmental issues affecting recording quality, including background noise, distortion, clipping, microphone artifacts, or other defects

• Native fluency in Spanish (Colombia)
• Good English communication skills
• Professional experience directing voice talents or demonstrable expertise in spoken Spanish (Colombia)
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional experience in voice direction or voice acting, linguistics, speech technology, or voice coaching
• Previous experience directing Text-to-Speech (TTS) projects preferred
• Knowledge of phonetics and speech production preferred
• Experience working on speech, voice, or language-related projects preferred
• Familiarity with remote recording platforms or digital audio production workflows preferred
• Up to 25 hours availability per week preferred

• Independent Contractor/Freelance engagement
