Company Audit Reviewer – Volunteer

• Review companies based on the twelve audit criteria
• Examine documents, contractual terms and conditions, and publicly available information
• Conduct discussions with companies as part of the audit process
• Document findings and contribute to the audit committee’s recommendations
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the audit criteria
• Participate in the audit committee, which consists of independent experts
• Project-based engagement for each audit, primarily remote with flexible scheduling

• Experience in auditing, internal audit, quality management, certification, law, or management consulting
• No financial or business relationship with the companies being reviewed
• Thoroughness, neutrality, and clear documentation
• Confident and professional communication with companies
