Software Engineer

• Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring quality at every step
• Participate in system architecture discussions to design scalable, high-availability applications
• Implement new features and improve existing functionality
• Maintain and develop service APIs serving millions of users
• Collaborate with systems engineers to debug infrastructure challenges
• Participate in quality assurance and defect resolution
• Work across front-end, back-end, test automation, and infrastructure disciplines
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Report to an engineering leader

• Experience with programming languages like Golang, Java, C, or Node.js
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented design and Microservice Architecture
• Experience with scalable, high-availability applications
• Comfort working in Linux command line environments
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis
• Fluency in English is required
• Nice to have: Experience with DynamoDB, MySQL, or other relational and non-relational databases
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS and Docker, or AWS certifications
• Nice to have: Experience with service orchestration tools like Kubernetes or HashiCorp
