Transportation Analyst

• Communicate with the warehouse regarding on-time production and purchase orders assigned to Coyote and carrier lines
• Monitor units by satellite to coordinate warehouse entry and exit
• Coordinate operator entry according to loading times and warehouse capacity
• Coordinate and supervise merchandise loading activities in the warehouse
• Ensure operators have safety equipment and follow plant/warehouse guidelines
• Manage exit documentation (CCP) and verify satellite unit operation
• Act as liaison between Coyote, carrier lines, and warehouse
• Identify and resolve operational issues during loading and unloading
• Maintain accurate daily activity records and report incidents or deviations

• Must ensure operators have safety equipment and follow plant/warehouse guidelines
• Must manage exit documentation (CCP)
• Must ensure satellite unit is functioning
• Must maintain accurate daily activity records and report incidents or deviations
• May be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test after a conditional offer
