Software Engineer, Product – Full-Stack: Angular, Kotlin, MongoDB

• Design, develop, and operate new features using TypeScript/Angular, Spring/Kotlin, and MongoDB
• Maintain mission-critical components of the existing platform
• Deliver work end to end, from collaborating on specifications to verification
• Extend the mobile-friendly web app, low-code workflow engine, and public APIs
• Work across the platform, from UI components to public APIs

• 4+ years in software development
• Strong in at least one of Angular/TypeScript or Spring/Kotlin; eager to pick up the missing one
• Good judgement in engineering and product
• Ability to take accountability for delivered work end to end, from requirements to validation
• Fluent English
• Experience with continuous integration, trunk-based development, and comprehensive testing
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Clear and concise written communication for specs, messages, and PR descriptions
• Proactive communication, including sharing progress, flagging risks early, and asking when unsure
• Ability to use AI as an accelerator while retaining accountability for shipped work
