Talent Consultant

• Work on projects involving the implementation, configuration, and support of talent management solutions on an HR platform
• Work with Performance & Goals (PMGM)
• Implement and support Succession & Development (S&D) processes
• Configure and provide support for Career Development Planning (CDP)
• Work with Variable Pay processes
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements with business stakeholders
• Support the evolution, improvement, and optimization of talent management processes

• Experience with Talent Management projects
• Practical knowledge of the PMGM, S&D, CDP, and Variable Pay modules
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Analytical, consultative, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work on implementation and support projects
• Fluent English
