• Evaluate educational content designed for middle and high school students aged 11–18
• Assess content to help optimize the overall performance of a multilingual learning application
• Participate in approximately 5.5 hours of work across 3 rounds of 1.5–2 hours each
• Complete estimated 1-hour training

• Resident of the Netherlands
• Native-level speaker of Dutch
• Proficient in English, as all communication and task guidelines will be in English
• Qualified as a middle or high school educator for students aged 11–18
• Experience teaching whole classes
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience teaching text-intensive subjects at the middle or high school level

• Training (1h duration estimated) paid at the hourly rate upon successful completion
• Payment via PayPal, Gift Card or Wire Transfer, according to location and preference
• Referral bonus of $80 for each referred candidate who successfully completes the project
