Supply Chain Planner

• Create and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast as the basis for purchasing, production, and inventory decisions
• Identify structural trends, product mix imbalances, and shifts in demand at an early stage
• Develop recommendations for action for the TL Supply and Lead Buyer
• Translate the demand plan into specific ordering processes for finished products in Weclapp
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs, including delivery-date tracking/ETD
• Derive optimization measures from KPI insights
• Reduce manual effort in order processing through system- and AI-powered automation
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance

• Practical experience with Weclapp or a comparable ERP system
• Ability to independently create and maintain a rolling forecast
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
• Experience monitoring supply chain KPIs and deriving optimization measures from them
• German proficiency at C1 level or higher
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Initial experience with AI-powered automation is a plus
• Cross-functional experience working with Marketing, Product, or Finance is a plus
