Field Technical Engineer

• Provide technical support to customers relating to Abbott Medical products
• Assist with education for physicians and cardiac physiologists
• Service the current customer base and establish new accounts
• Maintain deep understanding of product lines and support sales strategy and goals
• Provide technical support for equipment across the national territory
• Support physicians during clinical study enrolment and follow-up
• Perform product presentations
• Support Sales and Tenders Team
• Analyze competitors' devices and maintain updated marketing database
• Attend and complete training for new products
• Provide market information to Sales Department
• Produce monthly reports on personal activities
• Plan weekly travel schedule and communicate through appropriate channels
• Keep immediate manager informed of business progress and activities
• Assist manager in building the yearly implant plan
• Support other regions when necessary
• Represent the company professionally and with integrity
• Follow business ethics, regulatory, quality, and standing procedures

• University Degree in an area of Health sciences
• English and Portuguese: high level
• Medical background (preferable)
• Professional image
• Communication skills
• Ethical character
• Willing to travel extensively
• Hard worker
• High level of confidence and proactivity

• Travel at 50% of the time
