Technical Support Specialist – Operating Room Nurse

• Ensure the proper use of Stryker products by providing technical support to customers in the operating room during the implantation of Stryker Hip & Knee implants
• Work closely with the Sales team
• Assist surgeons during Stryker implant procedures
• Support operating room staff when Stryker instrumentation is not yet fully mastered
• Participate in training surgeons, residents, and operating room nurses on Stryker instrumentation and associated surgical techniques
• Participate in internal product training sessions
• Oversee the logistics of orders, kits, and consignment stock, including availability, completeness, delivery, and traceability
• Keep your schedule up to date with planned surgical support assignments
• Increase awareness of Stryker and promote its products during surgical support assignments
• Present the features and benefits of Stryker products in compliance with the company’s ethical guidelines

• You hold an Operating Room Nurse (IBODE) qualification or meet the applicable transitional requirements
• At least one year of experience as an Operating Room Nurse (IBODE) or as a nurse meeting the applicable transitional requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Orthopedic experience is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in English is considered an asset within an international group and for a role offering career progression
• Ideally based in the Saint-Étienne or Clermont-Ferrand area
• Available for daily travel and occasional overnight stays, 2 to 3 times per month
