Lead Engineer

• Lead and grow a high-performing frontend, backend, and full-stack engineering team through active mentorship
• Remain an active individual contributor by writing clean code, orchestrating AI agents, and conducting technical reviews
• Introduce agentic coding practices and help engineers use AI tools effectively
• Maintain rigorous architectural standards and software quality as AI-generated code increases
• Collaborate with Product and Infrastructure teams, including Data, DevOps, and QA
• Take ownership of smooth delivery of an upgraded UI during the first three months
• Establish advanced agentic coding loops and autonomous agents to identify and fix bugs, accelerate client feedback, and unlock the feature backlog by month six
• Design and build AI-native tools across Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Finance by month twelve

• 8+ years in software engineering
• At least the last 1–2 years in a fast-growing scale-up
• Deep, production-level experience with TypeScript/JavaScript across the stack
• Experience with React, Node.js, NestJS, and Next.js
• 2+ years of formal engineering leadership while remaining hands-on with code within the last two years
• Experience using AI agents, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools daily
• Understanding of agentic workflows
• Experience automating previously manual tasks
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Ability to lead frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
• Ability to maintain architectural standards and software quality
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Data, DevOps, QA, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Finance
