Payroll Analyst, EMEA-APAC

About the role

• Process payrolls across UK, EMEA and APAC region (27 countries)
• Administer Year End tax filings and disbursement of employee forms for all applicable countries
• Support Finance/Accounting teams with reconciliations and payroll queries
• Maintain accurate General Ledger journal entries for salaries, pension, taxes, and social security in Oracle Financials at company and employee level
• Administer UK relief-at-source and salary sacrifice pension schemes
• Manage timely upload of employee and employer contributions into personal schemes for all legal entities in line with auto-enrolment legislation
• File and label confidential correspondence in Box in accordance with data security legal requirements and company policies
• Maintain WFS documentation retention policies in line with GDPR
• Administer expatriate-related payroll activities and coordinate with external tax vendors
• Maintain the EMEA/APAC shared Payroll Inbox with a maximum 24-hour response time
• Support employees with pay-related queries
• Maintain relationships with Accounting, Internal Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, and People/HR
• Maintain SOX controls and coordinate annual testing and reporting with Internal and External Auditors

• Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification
• 1-2 years experience in Payroll is preferable
• Knowledge on Cloudpay, ADP Streamline and WORKDAY systems highly desirable
• International experience is preferable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook
• Willingness to experiment and work with new technologies
